Information for foreign nationals
Please bring your proof of residence (Residence card, passport, etc.) and your health insurance card with you
Foreign nationals seeking dental care at our clinic must present their residence card and health insurance card when requesting treatment. Please understand that we will not provide any dental care if we are unable to confirm your visa status.
[Reason] This is to verify the identity using a photo ID card and to prevent serious accidents from occurring due to patient mistakes, overlooking allergies, mistakes involving medication, and transfusions involving different blood types.
For individuals without public insurance in Japan due to reasons of living abroad, etc.
Individuals without insurance cards are unable to receive health care services provided by health insurance, and must pay the full amount at their own expense. Japanese patients living overseas who do not qualify for health insurance in Japan are handled similarly.
Interpretation
Treatment is offered only in Japanese.In cases where the patient is unable to communicate in Japanese, the patient should be accompanied by an interpreter.
